    Pizza Pies is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Pie Recipes


    For pizza dough:
    Flour 8 ounce
    Instant Yeast 1 ½ tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Caster Sugar 1 tsp
    Milk powder 1 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Oil 4 tbsp

    For filling:
    Chicken bOil and shredded small cubes 250 grams
    Capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
    Onion 2 tbsp chopped
    Tomato 1 finely cubed
    Flour 1 tbsp
    Butter 1 tbsp
    Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
    Ketchup as required
    Milk ¼ cup
    Salt, black pepper and mustard ½ tsp each

    Pizza Pies Method / Tarika:

    For pizza dough:
    In a bowl mix Flour 8 ounce, Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Caster sugar 1 tsp, Milk powder 1 tbsp, Egg 1, Oil 4 tbsp and knead with Luke warm water into a soft dough, leave to rise for 1 hour then roll dough into a big circle.

    Cut small rounds with cutter, place each round in a greased tart tray, apply ketchup, put chicken filling, top with cubes of capsicum and tomato.

    Cover with grated cheese, leave it to rise again for 30 minutes, bake on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

    For chicken filling:
    Heat butter 1 tbsp, add flour 1 tbsp with salt, black pepper and mustard ½ tsp each, add ¼ cup milk and boiled and shredded chicken mix and remove.
